Governor Elections - May 2021

Thank you to all the candidates who put themselves forward for the role of parent governor at St Bede, we felt very fortunate by the levels of interest and engagement in the post. The election closed on Wednesday evening and votes were counted yesterday morning. The outcome of the elections are that Paul Ratcliffe has been re-elected and will be joined on the Governing Board by two new parent governors Alice Chillman and Amy Parry - Congratulations to them and thanks in advance for the time they will give up to support the strategic work of the school.

I would like to thank Emma Turrell and Chris Poulter who have been governors at the school for the last four years and who have worked so closely with us, their expertise, challenge and wisdom have been much appreciated.
