At the start of March, we enjoyed celebrating Book Week at the school and took part in a range of activities to promote a love of reading.  These included class book swaps where different adults shared stories with children and children shared stories with each other, decorating the front door of classrooms linked to a special book and dressing up as book characters.  It was incredible to see so many of you supporting the children taking part in our Book Character parade, thank you to those who were able to join us and to everyone who supported their child(ren) in choosing and preparing the incredible costumes!  The entries to the ‘decorate a book quote’ competition are wonderful and adorn the main corridor through the school.
