Year R children took part in a charity fun run on Wednesday 22^nd May.  As part of their current learning topic, Amazing Animals, the children ran up to three laps of a route around the playgrounds to raise money for WWF.  The Year 6 Sports Captains came to support the event and led the children through a series of warm up exercises, making sure that everyone was ready to run!  All the children tried their best to run 1, 2 or 3 laps of the running route.  There were many tired but happy faces by the end of the run!  The children should feel very proud of themselves for taking part and for trying so hard.  Thank you for the money you have been sending in which will be sent to the WWF charity after half term.
