Well done to our Cross Country team who represented us at the recent Hampshire School Games Cross Country Event. A very strong team of our girls and boys took part in the tricky conditions and managed to achieve incredible results.  All the children raced against the top 150 runners from across the county.  Here are some of their thoughts from the event.

“The run was hard and painful but the end feeling was great!” “The race was a challenge, testing our ability and stamina.  The final score for me was 9^th place.” “We ran 1.8km and when we finished I couldn’t feel my fingers or toes.  Everybody did incredibly well!”

“I think everybody was nervous on the run-up to the race.  The worst bit was the start as it was like running through a brick wall.
